So if I have a revolutionary product and an asspciate of mine gets caught scamming to the tune pf 40k my product, and my companies reputaion are dead. I giuess that's why Martha Stewart lost her marketability after she was convicted of insider trading huh. It is not like the company was taking customers money without shipping product, this problem is really not that big a deal, if and provided only if, the company can overcome the financial difficulties it has created via penalties questionable shares etc.
