I further contend that if you

invite Ken to Ihub not to talk about the business, you may get a more positive response. It's like inviting him down for a beer. If he wants to talk about the business that's pretty much up to him. (As someone here pointed out, he's a daily follower of Ihub and knows all the questions by heart.) At this point, all we want to know is how the family is doing and if additional fraternity leave is required.

If we are requesting that Ken improve his people skills, we should be willing to do the same.
