I have researched the current status of (PELE) to see if we have received any updated information on whether the Global Lock has been released or when it would be released.



At this time, the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) still has this stock listed in Global Lock status. DTCC has not informed Scottrade of when this Global Lock may be lifted. We appreciate your patience regarding this matter.
