I believe the greatest threat to a Graffiti IPO is SDVI volatility. I think Ken wants us to settle on a price for SDVI for the time being, trading within that very narrow range. Again, I believe its immaterial what that exact PPS is, just stick with it until he's done. Those who wish to return to the same ole bouncing strategy are unintentionally hurting the Graffiti IPO and/or GRAFF/SDVI deals.
It's a hard thing for day traders to swallow and I'm beginning to understand his frustration.
