This is the essence of the scam to me Chris. Utilizing I-Hub and planted posters to make business dealings appear real. I referred the board to this in my post to YaleMBA around Xmas time last year:-

This is one of the reasons Jeff got rid of Ken. He served his purpose and outlived his usefulness. He was no longer able to dupe the board into believing these deals and prospective deals were real and legit. However, he did manage to invent brand new concepts devoid of logic and legal application such as paying money to security guards who would ultimately steal their gold! Were they taken to Court or reported? Er, no. What about the "LOI Contract"? Yep, another world beater. There are many more "tales of opposites". No more so than the putative non-dilution agreement and its alleged breach which saw placid Ken do absolutely nothing despite promising to do so. Then of course came his dismissal and the whimpering reaction from gentle Ken when it happened despite him apparently giving Jeff an ultimatum and a deadline date on the board for action, action which he neither named nor implemented.

Important for investors to note here the subtle use of words by JRB when he got rid of Ken which made out that in actual fact Ken was solely responsible for the mess. Not so. Partly responsible maybe but certainly not solely. Another little mind game there.

Jeff has effectively taken over Ken's mantle by slipping on to this board and he tells us of a prospector he is unwilling to name who screwed him on Hockey Stick. Yep, we believe you.
