Had contact with Ernest today....

He answered 2 questions of me.

I asked him if there's coming an 8k or other financial filing after this merger. He told me they file at the OTC Pink Sheets and that all the filings are complete. There is no K or Q coming up because they just don't need to.

Second I asked him if he had an update on the mHealth development. On this one he said that Rebel Networks has the full responsiblitiy right now and is developing the platform and it will be housed in a cloud facility.
Com-Guard is still used as consultant for the app-developmenf.

So there kicks Rebel Networks in!!
