I'm just going to let my credit card company handle it. They asked me the number I called, and who I spoke to. Maybe they can get further then I did. I shoudn't have to tell a CEO making 300,000 a yr about his problems or who is working for him.

Concerning the PPS: A blown product launch is usually worse then no launch at all. Makes the company look terrible and fishy. Some here think by next week this will all be forgetton and we'll be happy-I hope your right.

For the record I am holding my shares, 200,000 shares bought at 0.04.
