I myself think the 7 to 10 years you are predicting for fraud is a little harsh ....

based on the recent fines and lack of actual jail sentences by the SEC to such entities as Goldman and B of A ..... I wouldn't expect any jail time for a CEO of a penny stock...LOL got to love our SEC... Martha does time for her little crime, but these banks well of course not.

By the way Josh rumor has it Dr.K is off to China again and we are suppose to watch the volume today...LOL ... I could only guess what that means, but my first thought is that Dr.K will be selling company shares to pay for the plane ticket....LOL
