SMF-this message board is certainly an example of an opportunity to " have a voice"

Sorry to sound cold to the results for these unsophisticated and gullible people - but they saw what was , for them, the chance to make " the big killing" and jumped in ( I wonder how much DD was done by them --- I was on the phone with MN and DJ at least 5 times before I invested penny number one)

Having little or no investing experience nor skills, they "gambled" and lost.

There are people here with those skills and experience, who followed the fundamentals and ( in some cases) the technicals, and did just fine.

I'm not condoning lying to shareholders, but when the lies were exposed, or the PPS registered some "danger" signals, those unsophisticated and undisciplined people held on to their shares, hoping for the "dream" to come true.

Sorry, but if you are going to hold DJ responsible for his actions, then the gullible have to be accountable for their actions ( or inactions )

Maybe next time the golden goose comes along, they will have learned that being gullible is a dangerous trait in the markets
