There have been ZERO details to that funding. As far as we know they funded SSLC with no benefit to APCX. So yes the APCX shareholders' money was used for another company...and that leads us to the next point nobody knows if they even funded them for sure or how much they even funded. The whole thing is a joke, and this management team (ottens) obviously has no clue in how to run a company based on integrity....either that or he is just plain out incompetent.
