Can anyone give me an asnwer regarding the Fort Lauderdale lighting project? Per the news below, the contract should have been awarded at the June 28th meeting. However, the City of Fort Lauderdale doesn't even show minutes from that meeting.

The North Lauderdale, FL LED Lighting project is for the procurement of over two hundred 2×2 LED lighting fixtures. Only those who attended the pre-bid conference will be allowed to submit a bid and closed bids will be reviewed on May 25, 2011 at 10:00 AM. Jon Cooper, President of NexPhase, stated, “ The NexSense 2×2 Troffer fits this bid opportunity very well and we are anxious to submit our proposal to the city.” The City of North Lauderdale expects to finalize bidders in June in order for the City Commission to vote on this project approval at it’s June 28th meeting. The hope is that the whole install will be completed by September 30th of this year. This project is funded by ARRA stimulus funds and a Made in America stipulation is central to this bid opportunity.
