Good morning all, for what its worth I called the company yesterday afternoon. I told the man who answered that I am a shareholder & I was wondering how things are going. The man said, We are going to be fine and we are currently working on the final details. He also said he was on a conference call & ask if I could call back later.

I guess from the devils advocate point of view what else is he gonna say. However, I have invested in small companies thru the years and if things were going really bad I could never get anyone to answer the phone. Anyway I was reassured with the call.
