Maybe Mr. Noel did have the right info at the time a and big development came along after he released his post. Something could have transpired inside of PhoneGuard that he is not privy to and PG has a good reason for holding off for a week or two. Imagine if a big fish (Verizon for example) started nibbling or something along that line.

Speculation, but possible. Whatever the hold-up is, I am sure that PG felt it is worth the delay before another PR. Something is cooking, and it smells good.
