Although we have not yet filed a plan to distribute the proceeds from the sale, there likely will be no value for current common equity holders of TSN. Are you a common equity holder of TSC? If so, neither that plan nor our valuation analysis has been filed either, and as such, it would be premature for me to discuss that publicly.

You’re not going to find out anything more than that on the phone, he’s not going to give out inside information. He stated that TSC’s equity in TSN is probably worthless and he can’t talk about future events with TSC. What more is there to ask? I would suggest everyone stop calling this guy and resign themselves to the fact that this case will drag on for months or years. Actually, the hearing on Monday is about lengthening this case. Everything will work itself out in time as more filings come out and TSC files a plan of reorganization.
