They HAVE to file? LOL..there I go again...A guy after my own heart...I can give you lists and lists of companies that "promised" good money and said financials were coming any day now....and then never filed and disappeared off the face of the earth...Worse one recently and very very quietly had a 2000/1 reverse stock split..Another's mine went dry...Another sold people out after having a very fraudulent stock site and led investors to believe that any day now the "merger was coming"...Little did they know they quietly sold their company for next to nothing and then put out a PR that said it was a mistake forpeople to think that was still their site when they sold it a long time ago.
I have seen it all - heard it all....Money in the hand counts...
Our IR guy? Well so far, he's housed at Brownie company...I called three times never answered the phone.
Borish has a long list of "companies" - one such filing show his company at 7396 Hoffner Ave. Mind you that was pretty recent since I only looked up very recent stuff...Well hate to tell you this, but it's a house...I checked it out on Satellite.
And what happened to Hickman buy and Grease Tec guy for 850,000 for assets...
Grant you they very well might materialize and I will say the auditing firm they have on their site is a good one..
But unless they have up to date financials, they they have squat!
Too bad if my questioning them bothers you. It's people like me who question people's companies and then find out lots of not always good things.
This company, whether you like it or not has not put out a substantial PR that has any monies attached to it for 4-5 or 6 months...They can acquisition all they want with 100 year old companies. So far I have not been able to pull up anything on their acquisions except they "did it"....AND have not posted latest financials.
meanwhile on their site they are advertising for people to "help" market them. That tells me a lot. Might be a good idea, but it also tells me they can't afford people to do the job.
Now - when they DO actually file financials, we'll talk more about it...I WANT TO SEE MONEY...Not PR of what they bought.
I bought a nice ring last week. Didn't do me any good for my bottom line except if I have to sell it I might get 25% of what I paid for it. So, until we know how much money each of these companies he has bought, then we don't know a thing except he stated he was excited...

Also the tel. number on their stie is the same tel. number for Brownie services and when you get put on hold for 5 mintues, that's all their "wait music" talks about - Brownie, Brownie, Brownie......Funny, I was calling Freedom Environmental.....
