Has anyone here even tried using the website? I just heard of this company today but its been out for a while and there are still errors on the site...


-The activation link they send you in an email to get your account up and running doesn't work. In order to get the password for your account, you must go to forgot password and then your password will be emailed to you.

-They say they are available "9am-5pm PST at [phone]" but i called twice and no one was available and they asked for me to leave a message. If i need to wait to talk to someone, then keep me on hold, otherwise people think that no one is there.

Both minor issues but how does wikiloan verify identity of the person lending/borrowing?
