HUH? CGI is already a distributor of many wines from many wineries. Show us where you read that they couldn't ever expand that to include others products or producers, etc, etc. I'm also looking for the verification that you found that said CGI wines were NOT in demand. OOPS, I forgot, they were a private company and that information wasn't required to be made available to you pre-merger... BUT, it soon will be so don't fret. And, why buy wholesale to distribute when you can BE the wholesaler and the distributor lock, stock, and barrel and rake all the coins in?

Coming soon enough will be financials (just maybe audited financials), CUSIP change, mandatory certificate swap, short coverings, uplisting.... some of these which are already in the pipeline.
