3 pending lawsuits AND clarification on Apple/ HP litigation

Currently, the significant active cases we have are:

1)...Wi-LAN v. Alcatel-Lucent et al(Eastern District of Texas) – defendants in this case are Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, Sony-Ericsson, HTC;



2)...Wi-LAN v. LG (Southern District of New York) – defendant is LG.


3)...Wi-LAN v. HTC (Eastern District of Texas) – defendant is HTC.



Regarding Apple and HP...a clarification and a correction.

Apple and HP were named defendants in earlier lawsuits related to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technologies in laptop computers.


Semiconductor vendors including, but not limited to, Broadom, Intel and Marvell supplying chipsets to Apple and HP took the necessary licenses on behalf of their OEM partners...As such Apple and HP were dismissed from those lawsuits. Wi-LAN currently has no lawsuits pending against Apple or HP

In other words, there appear to be no pending cases by which we could obtain future settlements from Apple or HP, such cases having already been settled.
