I don't think it's his fault, unfortunately the scam penny companies ruin it for the legit ones. So many penny CEOs take phone calls and write emails giving out insider info, so the ones that don't inexperienced investors think there is something wrong. And if the legit company isn't putting out a PR every other day people are disappointed. I don't how much more legit you can get than having your companies name on the poster right next to Dreamworks, Universal, Steven Spielberg, and Ron Howard, maybe they are all fake too, LOL.
