i just want to make sure i understand the system properly:
you have a street alley..it's a place used to walk between destinations..it's a form of transportation to use it, it's legal.
in this alley there are robbers and gangsters who take advantage of some unsuspecting travelers..they beat them up, steal their money..
organizations are formed to protect people trying to use the alley and penalize the thieves therein..
we walk into said alley..we are aware of the thieves and robbers, but are able to skillfully dodge them, shuck and jive, and trick the thieves and make it out the other side mostly unscathed..except, when we get to the other side, we are informed by the protecting agencies that AFTER we entered into the alley, and without warning us, a sign had been put up behind us saying you weren't allowed to enter here because it's dangerous..of course we couldn't see the sign..so upon exiting the alley, the agency takes all of our belongings as a punishment for using such a dangerous alley, and then when we get home we find they've also cleaned out all our cupboards..just to teach us a lesson and also to pay for all of the costs of the agency..
meanwhile the thieves are still in the alley..
