Model:

1) Sell systems outright at attractive margin
2) Operate units as operating margins are also attractive
3) A city like Toronto could utilize 20 units
4) Operating metrics given (75-100ft footprint)
Revenue Generated - $1.3M
EBITDA Margin - $600K
5) Announceable/Demonstrable North American Sales to be announced shortly
6) Soon to be off the OTC. Did not specify where they intend to go but i would suggest the TSX/VSE would make the most sense given the base of their investors.

7) Patents owned in each of the major markets (North America/Europe/Asia etc ......
