Mitek Systems, Inc. (MITK)

This is a positive move for Mitek. A good while ago they were delisted to the OTCBB from recently being on the Nasdaq. Their PPS had dropped significantly. They decided to go ahead with the delisting [instead of a reverse-split, etc. to prevent delisting] to shape up and get things in order. Since then they have bettered their situation, expanded their business, and have been steadily increasing revenues.

All in all, this uplisting is a great sign that Mitek has been making tremendous improvements. I wouldn't be surprised to see this stock price get to rolling now.
