I was pressing as well. I got almost the same thing. I was told that though they have experienced some implementation issues, they expect the issues to be resolved soon. They mentioned Monday, as if though, it was the worst case scenario. They mentioned to keep checking back periodically, because they were hoping to have this resolved before the weekend and start providing the software. So really it could be anyday from now until Monday, they way it was presented to me. Which is ok, because since its already midpoint wednesday, theres only two business days left. And any release over the weekend, makes Friday a gamble to be out, and Monday too late to enjoy a cheaper price. Hopefully they will press release something official before this trading week is over.
