Sensitive meaning MDGC does not want other companies getting wind of the project particulars that can steal their tech/ideas and beat them to the punch because they are better funded. I also suspect possible government involvement, but we won't know until the company tells us. Until then, I patiently wait.
I have carefully consider all of the obvious things you have pointed out and in my mind the balance tilts more heavily toward MDGC being a good speculative buy. I have no doubts that the speeds, project, tech, and relationships are real, the only question, and what makes this a speculative buy, is whether this developing company can pull this off. I am betting they can and hoping it happens before someone develops similar or better tech. If I am wrong then I am wrong and I did not risk more than my tolerance level.
