Just read a bunch of posts, including at RB, can't find squat about this:
On Friday morning, Arlindo Carvalho gets home and goes on record to completely contradict the very terms of the JDA communique, BUT... the next day he starts bragging about those 49.2 million dollars Nigeria will be releasing into STP coffers "very soon." Hmmm. This would be the biggest paycheck in STP history, and not surprisingly it's been front and center in STP news ever since.
And you think Nigeria will let STP have those monies for NOTHING?
WHAT are they getting in return?
Could it be a little signature?
WHY is no one considering this? It's right under our noses! Am I crazy? Yes, do tell me if I am LOL...
Can we discuss this? PLEASE.
Beam me up $cotty...
