Your 100% correct on that. Its nice to have things aligned before but it ultimately relies on the results.

I just have a feeling that the D-Bar has to have some kind of insight to begin negotiations. Sometimes it would be nice to be a fly on the wall.

I play around in the pinks for fun but can honestly say that this one keeps my interest more than the rest. I feel they have the best potential.

It's always a gamble but I like the communication with this company. Especially since the change in management.
