I have to disagree. To me, it's more of a total indecision at the moment, with the overall market playing a bigger role in the downturn than one might acknowledge. If you are solely looking at the last couple of months, I guess 'you' could say it's rolling down a hill, but I wouldn't dare. Frustrating? Absolutely, but it's going up in the long term, and it has, whether it takes couple years longer than I expected, well that's already determined, but downgraded? Cmon, let's stick to our guns here, we know ALU is just fine.
