Example: Say the company announces they expect 10 million in earnings from five new plants they plan to build. That would put their 'potential' market cap at roughly 100 million. Assuming it somehow trades at 10x earnings. Obviously the market cap wouldnt go that high, but say it goes to 5% of that 'potential' market cap, $5 million. If that were to happen the stock price would jump from .002 to .05.
This kind of opportunity happens all the time. Its not always you can get in at the basement levels. Just make sure you get out in time and take your profits when it does decide to run.
