You will see a bid and ask if anyone fills out the 211. It is my understanding that MM take on some liability or responsibility if the file the 211....... I'm not expecting one anytime soon.

I'm just passing on info I recall from some other tickers that went grey.... they don't get back to pinks easily. I consider greys dead lotto money... never worth a large stake.

brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11 under the
Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspensions, no quotation may be entered unless
and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule.

So I would suggest looking up 15c2-11 on the SEC wbsite.
