I did address it... I told you they are not regulated like stocks on the larger exchanges; so essentially MM's don't have to verify any short interest positions with the SEC and therefore don't have to cover which is how they get away with such large short positions on companies they just drive into the ground shorting.... however, when they do realize that based on the current volume, interest, and company execution that they are going to have to cover to save themselves from much more later on, then we go to much higher levels.
