When I first bought shares ( 2006), I had several phone conversations with Dean and Mike.
I was impressed with what I judged to be integrity on their parts.
As far as Mike is concerned, I still think that way, but see that he is backed into a corner and has to do what the "boss" says. I'm not even sure Mike Nessen is still with the company -- this is just a gut feeling, not based on any factual evidence, but I have not had any contact with him since he was taken off the PR patrol.
As far as DJ is concerned -- either I was wrong back then or the man has changed in the intervening years. All form of integrity on his part is called into question.
I would prefer to think it is pure ineptitude and ego that has led to the screwed up mess this company has become.
Otherwise, the only other conclusion is that he is, in fact, all the disparaging names he has been called here on this board
