I wanted to be sure attorney Preis understood clearly what we were talking about. I just sent an email of my own. I will post the answer when the response is received.

Dear Mr. Preis,

In your statement indicated below : "Are you a common equity holder of TSC?" are you referring to a holder of the common shares identified by the symbol TSTRQ which are traded on the Over the Counter Market? Yes I am a holder of those shares.

Please let me know if a company news release will be issued today.
