I gotta tell you I am kinda worried. Hopefully my feelings are wrong. This company is acting like ones where I have taken a "bath" in the past. Woulda, shoulda, coulda,....late filing, gonna be soooon...then nothing except me holding a stock that I can't sell well below what I paid for it.

Also, part of the angst I have is that I directed several people to Ecologic hoping for a quick profit. I am a big boy and understand the risk, but I hate that I got others in on this.

Maybe Plamondon can make it happen. We all know how the last deal fell through.

Not to be negative just worried......Any thoughts?
