Correct on the Distribution part that's it. The Sepe Brothers had all this convoluted. BGEM became the distributor for TITLE, they never bought or entered into any other agreement with EBC. The pump and dump would have all of us believe that BGEM and Title were one, that is not nor has it ever been the case. Heck, just look at this page its all about title as opposed to title just being one of a few products that BGEM supposedley distributes, The problem is we haven't heard any updates in how long? And since the IR representative of EBC specifically said that EBC has no relationship with BGEM, that tells me any past agreement is canceled or ????? I really don't know since like I said before EBC is a private company that does not have to report anything and BGEM is totally silent. And just where are the Sepe Brothers, who is in charge of BGEM and just what are they distributing? What happened to all the "experts" BGEM brought in to advance the company? May be time for the SEC to look into this company, its practices and the past pump and dump.
