number of outstanding shares for 2011 about 787,000,000. that's 140,000,000 shares more dilution compared to 2010, and roughly $60,000,000 in the pockets of the board directors, including pierre besuchet.

what i'm trying to say is that, if i collected $71,000,000 from stock and warrant offerings in 2010, i could easily imitate $71,000,000 in gold sales and production. and how bout those mercury levels, from 10,000 lbs per year in the atmosphere, down to just 10 lbs(by the way Jerritt Canyon mine still has a SNC-Significant Non Complience status)... and that furnace looks like it's gonna overflow with gold...

i'm not a pro profiler, but mr. baldock seems kinda intense, and he's sweating a little on the chin. and do you know that he's also the ceo of monument mining, and heartlink Canada... how can one be successfull in so many adventures!?
