It states calculated results. It is just an estimation based on last years release. Here is the article

Universal Bioenergy Inc. expected to report Q2 2011 results on July 15, 2011. This event was calculated by Capital IQ (Created on July 9, 2011).

It would make sense however to have the accountant get the 10k and quartlies done at the same time.
