That I will never probably be sure of... I haven't started looking into other DTCC locks but you know that the money will have to go somewhere..... It probably already has gone to the "air salesmen" and the lock is just to cover what is already missing. It also looks like the DTCC answers to no one. It's pretty scary that in a land of checks and balances that these organizations are allowed to do as they please.

I know that SFIO might seem like a small pawn in all of this but the fact of the matter is that shareholders here were raped by the system that is supposed to protect them, regardless of the market cap.

I know TS was a bad boy... But the whole timeline that is forming here does not make sense. Months went by before anything was done with the stock. Now I assumed that it was 2 separate investigations. The FBI initially 2 years ago. I just figured that the SEC was never notified by the FBI of the investigation hence their late entry into the game.

But right on the SEC website they claimed that they were working in concert with the FBI.

Why in the world would they go to such great lengths to bust two guys and a company that paid a total of 12,000 dollars in kickbacks? That's peanuts compared to what the "air salesmen" have taken from us IMO.....And this is the best part

The schemes were brought to light by an undercover operation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, conducted in a way so that investors were not harmed.

If investors were not harmed what kind of water does an SEC case hold, and why does it feel like my poop is exiting a lot easier this week?

I know it's just a penny stock but some folks here have quite a few dollars tied up in this one. We will probably never see the paper trail because it is a vapor trail and the DTCC will never admit to it. They would rather have you believe that the company was" diluting" which obviously was not the case because they have been under investigation for two years.

Now this is just my take on things as of today. I think that even if we had a million people shouting from the rooftops it will change nothing. Money, power, and influence trumps all of us, for we are just peasants in their feudalistic system.

My eyes have definitely been opened............
