Hi Mr. ******,

I will be addressing your concerns very soon. There is a production run scheduled and that will be addressed. In addition to the rest of the updates, I will be addressing a few different items. I now what the discussions and debates are, and I realize that they are of concern. I recognize the importance of clear and accurate information, and part of my word was that I wouldn't PR anything or state anything until it was done and DONE. I've had to neutralize a lot of the over talking on public forums, ie., ihub ... to keep confusion low, and the misconception that "fluff" is all that is being delivered. That is not the direction that I want to take HOF into.

I understand that this may not answer all your questions as a concerned shareholder, and also that "soon" is a scary word considering the past. But again, I will be addressing several topics very soon. Larry and I speak several times every day, and he is in full support of everything that we are doing. He and I have been working hard behind the scenes to set things in motion for forward movement.

I recognize that patience is little to none, and doubt is high. But, we are working to get everything taken care of. I wish it could happen sooner and faster... Though it seems like nothing is happening, in the overall big picture of HOF, we are making great strides.

I appreciate your time and your email. As I said, I will be addressing concerns very soon. But there IS a 2nd production run scheduled, that is a promise.
