Found out today, after a lengthy call with the TA, that no one is getting their restricted shares tradeable, in less than a one year period. This is all because RGNA/ETEV is a "non reporting" company. If we simply wait til one year is up(sometime early Feb,2012), then they are eligible for having the legend removed. So, sadly I need to return my certificate to my broker now, and ask them to reinsert it into my account. All was in vain. I will have to try to do the whole same procedure, at the one year point. Let's hope the PPS of this thing, survives til then.......
BTW, I guess that "kills" any sort of theory, that someone with restricted shares was selling, recently. Must just be worried shareholders........
