I like the low float on this CTYX. At $0.01, the 34 Million Public Float is ridiculously low. So I checked the TOTAL shares outstanding00it;;s only 54 Million. Does not take much buying for it to move up. Good business they are in--Personal Medical Records. Looks like a break through .012 and it flies.
