Where is the money coming from?

I have no idea what the financial situation at Viking Investments Group looks like. So I don't know how much of that money comes from internal operations/sources, or whether there are external sources for some of that capital.

Some of the people on Viking's management team have good connections in the business/financial world in both China and the United States.

One thing that I would be curious to find out is if the apparent growth/expansion that is occurring at Viking has anything to do with Philip Wan's past (and/or present?) interest in Viking Investments and Sinocubate. Back in late 2009 and early 2010 when SBAT briefly implemented a new business plan of incubating Chinese companies, Philip Wan was named a Vice President at both Viking and SBAT. That appointment certainly was an eye-opener to me at the time and raised my curiousity level as to exactly what was going on at Viking, because Philip Wan was (and still is) a big-time name in the legal/financial community in China.
