That's been my experience. Remember that we live in a very litigious age.....red tape abounds........nobody does business on a hand shake like the good ol days......everybody is greedy......everybody want's to squeeze the eagle till she screams.......and THAT Ladies and Germs is why it takes so freaking long to get anything done anymore........Thing is there are any number of deals/whatever in the JBII pipeline........now it's just a matter of waiting for them to traverse the red tape roller coaster and emerge as bouncing babies............z
