A biomass energy producing company under these clouds has already gone past substantial enough IMO. A project management firm no longer needing the stock value to provide a $1-2M Berlin re-run in project investment, might not care about the PPS. Bring the New Bedford project online to be owned by others, collect the project management fee, reinvest the seed money into the next project to identify and manage.
