I see assets at $2.3 million and in the second quarter HNSS paid down substantial debt, too. Did they not? ~ $280,994
Do we know how many shares are free trading out of the current O/S?
The O/S is higher than expected but for a pink sheet it's still within reason, imo. (of course, HNSS management should have been forthcoming with this, sooner)
So HNSS is pretty much debt free...for acquisition purposes.
As long as the buyout goes at .01 or greater, it's a good gain for anyone who get's in here.
