This is a first quarter statement only?

I see assets at $2.3 million and in the second quarter HNSS paid down substantial debt, too. Did they not? ~ $280,994

Do we know how many shares are free trading out of the current O/S?

The O/S is higher than expected but for a pink sheet it's still within reason, imo. (of course, HNSS management should have been forthcoming with this, sooner)

So HNSS is pretty much debt free...for acquisition purposes.

As long as the buyout goes at .01 or greater, it's a good gain for anyone who get's in here.

The secret to profitable investing is to buy into well-run companies at the beginning of their earnings growth cycle—before Wall Street takes notice and bids up the stock price.
My opinions are my own. You have to decide and do what's best for you.
