Are you sure he won't post them in a matter of weeks?
I don't really see what the downside is to the people who submitted complaints. Their complaints and concerns are legitimate. If anything, I think it will give them a bit more credibility. Something Jaacov and IDTA.PK are sorely lacking. Had he submitted Q1 financials as HE PRed, today's PR and his odd threats would have been completely unnecessary. I like the way he made no mention of the Q1 financials in today's PR.
