(3) Dr. Alain Martin and Ken Glynn will meet today to finalize details on the drafted-about to be filed patent application involving the combined use of Ken's biodegradable bandages and Dr. Martin's additional actives. The proposal is for the application to be filed within the next week and that it will be co-owned by both Kenergy Scientific, Inc. and Dr. Martin's company, Northcell Pharmaceutical, Inc. Dr. Martin is the inventor of the antibacterial enhanced Neosporin and the enhanced Listerine formulas.

Did they meet? what did they discuss? Was it a fruitful meeting? Was this just more of his BS?
