Know that all those entities are Soon-Shiong, but where does it say he purchased the debt of the previous lender? Not disagreeing, just didn't see it at first glance.

Understood that he bought convertible shares and common shares are not currently owned by him as well as all entities are owned by him, but how is it not 3 separate purchases? Re-read it and stand corrected, but the way they report is confusing because it certainly looks like there were 3 separate purchases - Raptor and Cal Cap Equity (both owned by Shiong) and Shiong, individually, but it goes on to say that it's RA, LLC that is the beneficial owner.
