Do you have any proof that Gene is lying about buying new companies? And that the acquisitions are just made up companies, meaning not real.

You seem to know something we don't.

The links to the initial registrations of the made up companies have been provided showing that the companies where created only a few days before they were announced as LOIs/acquisitions.

All the companies have the same registration addresses (either Genes or Essmans homes) and all have the same methodologies, no contact info, no place of business, no phone, no fax. All the same lying BS we have come to expect from the scammers.
