Hey DC4. Not that we should dismiss this fact as unimportant, we should remember, though, that some of the greatest companies started in less than ideal places. Take Apple. Jobs and Woz started Apple in Jobs' parents' garage!:) As with any penny we should be cautious ... So, thanks for bringing this to light. Go ADHC!
