Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

Effective July 5, 2011, Scott Landow resigned as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bond Laboratories, Inc. (the "Company"), and each of its subsidiaries. As a result of Mr. Landow's resignation, his service as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and each of its subsidiaries terminates effective July 5, 2011.

note that this is for the other company he is involved with not BGTH
